Alexa Spallina was named Atlantic Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week, according to an announcement by the conference on April 7.
The award recognizes Spallina’s strong performance in two recent games. She contributed significantly to Clemson’s women’s lacrosse team by recording a total of 17 assists and four goals across matches against Davidson on March 31 and California on April 3. Against Davidson, she set two school single-game records with 10 assists and 13 points, while also scoring a hat trick on four shots. In the following game against California, she added another goal and seven more assists.
