The No. 14 Clemson Gymnastics team recorded a score of 196.875 at the Elevate the Stage quad meet in Huntsville, Alabama, on March 8. The Tigers competed against No. 6 Georgia, No. 17 Auburn, and Pitt at the Von Braun Center.

This result helped Clemson boost its National Qualifying Score (NQS) to 196.621 as the program continues to position itself for postseason competition. The team achieved its two best away scores ever this weekend, with a 196.975 at Michigan on Friday and Sunday’s performance in Huntsville.

Clemson’s floor rotation was among its best on record, with all six gymnasts scoring 9.850 or higher for only the second time in program history. Brie Clark led with a score of 9.950, followed by Ella Cesario with a 9.925 and Tara Walsh with a 9.900. Molly Arnold and Maggie Holman each scored 9.875, while Lilly Lippeatt posted a 9.850 that was dropped from the team total.

On vault, Clemson posted a score of 49.200, tied for fifth-best in program history, including a career-high tying performance from Clark and strong routines from Paige Anastasi and Cesario.

The bars rotation saw all six Tigers post scores of at least 9.800 for the first time since February last year and under Co-Head Coaches Justin Howell and Liz Crandall-Howell.

Looking ahead, Clemson will close out its regular season on March 13 against BYU at Littlejohn Coliseum during senior night.
