The Clemson Tigers announced on March 9 that the opening game of their softball series against the Louisville Cardinals at McWhorter Stadium has been moved to 4 p.m. on Friday, March 13.

The change in schedule is intended to allow fans to participate in a special Fan Appreciation promotion, where for $15 they can attend three Clemson home sporting events in one evening. The events include the softball game at McWhorter Stadium at 4 p.m., a gymnastics meet against Brigham Young University at Littlejohn Coliseum at 6 p.m., and a baseball game versus Georgia Tech at Doug Kingsmore Stadium at 8 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early for the softball game before moving on to support the gymnastics team during its senior night and then attending the baseball matchup later in the evening. Additional details about the Super Fan $15 promotion, including ticket information and entry procedures, will be provided by the Clemson Ticket Office by phone or email.

The three-game softball series between Clemson and Louisville will continue with games scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 1 p.m. for Alumni Day, and Sunday, March 15 at noon. All games will be broadcast on ACCNX.

This scheduling adjustment aims to enhance fan engagement by offering an opportunity to attend multiple athletic events in one day.
