On Wednesday, April 9, former Easley High School standouts Callen Saxon and Cora Levy’s current college team, the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Appalachian State Mountaineers.

The game took place at Brinkley Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Runnin’ Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 1 p.m. at PC Softball Complex against Presbyterian Blue Hose.
