On Friday, April 4, former Westside High School standout Mackinzie Jefferson’s current college team, the Southern Wesleyan Warriors, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Chowan Hawks.

The game took place at Hawks Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 4 p.m. at Hawks Softball Field against Chowan Hawks.
