On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Powdersville High School standout Braden Williams’ current college team, the Mars Hill Mountain Lions, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Anderson Trojans.

The game took place at Anderson Memorial Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Mountain Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. at Henderson Field against Catawba Indians.
