Anderson University: Museum Collaboration Highlights Law Enforcement Technology

Anderson University issued the following announcement on August 23.

Anderson University School of Public Service and Administration partnered with an area museum to show the latest technology. Professor Dave Williams gives campers a presentation to a summer camp.

How are today’s law enforcement professionals equipped? Anderson University School of Public Service and Administration partnered with an area museum to show the latest technology.

The Anderson University School of Public Service and Administration loaned artifacts to the Belton Area Museum Association for their Unexpected Careers Exhibit July 11-September 4, 2021.  

This exhibit features artifacts from people in our area who have held unusual types of jobs or careers.  

Also, Anderson University Professor Dave Williams made a presentation at the museum’s Summer Camp July 28, in conjunction with the Unexpected Careers Exhibit. Williams showed campers how drones are used in public service and other careers. They even got to fly a drone on a course to gain experience in how they’re used in law enforcement and other public service..
