9

AnMed Health issued the following announcement on April 5.

In recognition of social work month, Piedmont Health Partners social workers Angelenia Williams and Mary Little as well as Access Health/HOP Community Resource Specialist Shelley Krasinski wanted to support an initiative that is already helping others in need.

The "Help Refugee Children Drive" is an initiative that was started by the AnMed Health Spiritual Care Department and Tali Osipov, a Ukrainian nurse in the AnMed Health CICU.  With the support of the PHP Team and two local churches, River of Life Church of God and Blessed Hope Temple, 100 first aid kits and a financial donation will go towards this worthy cause. Funds from the AnMed Health Foundation will go towards covering the shipping costs.
